As a professional weaver, I'm in a constant state of changing what's on the loom: planning a project, dyeing yarn for the project, warping the loom with that new yarn, weaving, finishing, and so on. Blogging is a way for me to share the process, and a way for me to keep track of what I did when.

The Two-Cat Lap
If you want to know what 30 lbs of cat looks like, here it is:
Tim's always been a big boy. Big bones, huge paws. At 18 lbs, he's been put on a diet. But you try to keep him from gobbling his own food and then stealing Gracie's! He considers eating a competitive sport. Gracie is not a foodie, and is a slender 12 lbs by comparison, but the fact that she's a shorthair and he's a longhair influences the perception of relative size.
that man is a saint!!
ReplyDeleteWhen did they get so fat (the cats, I mean)? Seems like just yesterday they were kittens.
ReplyDeleteLOL!

ReplyDeletePerfect position: feet up, remote in one hand, glass of wine on the floor - this is life!
ReplyDeleteNow if he can raise his feet about six inches off the stool, that'd be a fantastic workout!
