I quit earlier than usual, because I'll need to get up early tomorrow - the cataract surgery is scheduled for 6:45 A.M. Luckily the ophthalmologist's office is only about 10-15 minutes away.

More of the Bamboo Grove
This afternoon I reached the 1000 pick mark on the bamboo grove before I declared the weaving day over. Looks a bit more like a bamboo grove, doesn't it? The image is darker and less contrasty in the lower area, which I showed yesterday, and brighter and more contrasty in the upper part where sunlight hits the grove more strongly. That makes it easier for the eye and brain to parse.
