Guest Weaver

My friend Becky from the Central Coast Weavers Guild came over to help me weave. She has a 16-shaft mechanical-dobby AVL, but wanted to see how it feels to work on a bigger loom with autoadvance and a computer dobby.

 She flew right through 500 picks, and wants to try out the jacquard next. That will have to wait a while, because I've got a lot of interleaved scarves that need to be woven/fringed/wet-finished/pressed before mid-June so I have samples to bring with me to Complex Weavers Seminars.
