The Happy Orchid

The cymbidium orchid in the courtyard is almost in full bloom. Seven out of eight flower stalks are blooming, with one more to go - tight buds now, but they should open within a week. This plant typically holds onto the blooms for at least a month, longer if it's happy, as this one appears to be.

I've been taking lots of closeups to use as the basis for future jacquard designs.
