Chugging Along

The next warp on the jacquard loom is chugging along. Eighteen sections done, 2 to go. This time, instead of beaming at 60 epi, I'm beaming at 48 epi. Since the finished width is 51 epi, 48 is closer than 60, therefore less stress on the jacquard modules to cope with a beamed width that is way different from the width in reed.

I should finish this one tomorrow, then next week after the show I can beam the warp on the 24-shaft loom.

I'm actually looking forward to having two looms to switch between. Flexibility is a good thing, right?
