No, not the junk breakfast cereal, the scarf.
Yesterday, after I cut the cloth from the loom and began twisting the fringes, this was the amount of puckering and draw-in resulting from releasing the loom tension and letting the wool/lycra relax:
Today, I twisted the last few fringe bouts and wet-finished the scarf, then threw it into the dryer. The heat of the dryer activates the lycra in a big way. The scarf went from 17 by 106 inches on the loom to about 12 by 65 after finishing. That's thirty-something percent in each direction.
