As a professional weaver, I'm in a constant state of changing what's on the loom: planning a project, dyeing yarn for the project, warping the loom with that new yarn, weaving, finishing, and so on. Blogging is a way for me to share the process, and a way for me to keep track of what I did when.

Another Towel
This one's a fancy twill, 'cause I ran out of crepe designs that will work on this warp. Most of the crepes left in the folder have too much plain weave in 'em, and won't weave anything near to square on this warp with this weft.
So I started a towel using a draft from that wonderful resource, handweaving.net, which creates diagonal stripes:
The weft is the brightest blue that I've got in the 30/2 mercerized cotton stash, dyed a few years back for another towel project.
