Next Up for the Framing Department

Just a few recent jacquard pieces will get finished before the ACC show. This one will be mounted on a stretcher frame and set into a floater frame. I call it The Old Ones: British Columbia Rainforest.



You may have seen it on the loom back in May, in this post.

The American Craft Council show will be held in San Francisco next weekend, on August 3, 4, and 5. Hours are 10-8 on Friday, 10-6 on Saturday, and 10-5 on Sunday. I'll be in booth 203, and would be delighted to be able to say hello to any of my blog readers in person.

In the meantime, I must get everything ready to pack up the van on Wednesday, drive to San Francisco on Thursday to set up the booth, and do my best to educate the public about textiles during the show.
