Yes, I meant to spell it that way. Stands for "Every Pot In the Kitchen!"
However, the cleanup is well worth it, because I'll enjoy the tomato sauce in various forms for the next year. No complaints, here.
Peg, we freeze it first in cheap containers, then repackage it with a vacuum food saver for long-term freezer storage. Keeps the flavor fresher than canning. A taste of summer all year 'round!
