As a professional weaver, I'm in a constant state of changing what's on the loom: planning a project, dyeing yarn for the project, warping the loom with that new yarn, weaving, finishing, and so on. Blogging is a way for me to share the process, and a way for me to keep track of what I did when.

Wash Day at the Cabin
Seventy year old wringer washer. Still works like new. The weather in Montana is hot and dry, so the clothes should dry quickly.
I'm betting lots of people never heard of, much less used, a wringer washer. Me? There are plenty of days when I wish I had one of those instead of my HD washer...lots of features, but some things I don't like, too. Such as the ability to fill the tub with water/soap/bleach BEFORE I put my clothes in. Sigh. Must have been designed by a man who doesn't do the laundry. What else is new?
