Weaving Again, Finally

After what seems like weeks of other tasks, I was able to get to the loom today to finish the third scarf of the Wood Series warp that's on the AVL now. I've got to get numbers 4 and 5 woven fairly quickly, cut the warp off the loom, and put the scarves aside for fringing while I'm waiting to get the looms set up at the new house.

Here's a shot of #3 as it winds onto the cloth storage beam at the back of the loom.



Looking back at posts from early February, I realize it is actually weeks since I did any weaving - the last post with a picture of a wood scarf was in the first week of February, and it was the beginning of this same scarf. How time flies when there are other demands on a weaver's time!
