Cactus Flower

The peanut cactus is at it again!

Each segment of the cactus is about as thick as my little finger, and the delicate little orange flowers are about 1.5-2 inches across.

The blooms only open in full sun, and close up each evening. Each one only lasts a couple of days, then they droop and dry up, making room for the next batch of flowers. There are lots of buds getting ready to show their stuff.
