Las Vegas gets an average of 4.5 inches of rain per year. The wettest months are January, February, and March, followed by July and August.
Right on cue, as we drove through, a brief thunderstorm came overhead and pelted us with huge drops of rain. I was surprised that the camera didn't catch the windsheild wipers...
