Day 1 was a busy one. With Patrice George, my co-juror, I juried the CW exhibit for awards. Bhakti (the third juror) wasn't able to be at CW, but had sent along her "top 10" list, so her input was included in the process.
After dinner, the whole group went to the gallery, where Patrice gave the keynote speech, followed by the reception and opening of the exhibit.
Compared to the location of the exhibit in Long Beach in July, the space here was generous enough to highlight each piece nicely, and allow people to move around easily.
