As a professional weaver, I'm in a constant state of changing what's on the loom: planning a project, dyeing yarn for the project, warping the loom with that new yarn, weaving, finishing, and so on. Blogging is a way for me to share the process, and a way for me to keep track of what I did when.

Some Variations on the Table Runner Design
Here are a couple of treadling variations on the table runner warp I originally posted here. Ignore the colors; the warp will be as shown in the original post, but the stripe sizes are accurate in these variations.
The green stripes in the first and third samples look like an nodule reed has been used - that's neat.

ReplyDeleteGoodness, Sandra, I enlarged the pictures and stared at the purple parts a bit too much I feel woozy now! But I love the first one especially.
