Today, DH picked 20 lbs (about half) of the Roma tomatoes left in the garden. (The rest will go to my guild meeting this morning.) He found a recipe for tomato paste that involves halving the tomatoes, scooping out the juice and seeds and roastingat a low temperature to caramelize them.
After roasting, they went through a strainer, and frozen in small batches.
