The Conference of Northern California Handweavers is this weekend, April 8-11, at the Santa Clara Convention Center. Hours are 1pm to 6pm Friday, 10am to 6pm Saturday, and 10am to 4pm Sunday.

DH and I will be in the vendor hall, booth 312. If you're at the conference, please do drop by to say hello.

DH will be showing his beautiful woodturnings, including but not limited to, rolling pins that some people say are too beautiful to use but actually are perfectly functional, nostepinnes (a tool for winding a center-pull yarn ball), bowls, etc.

I'll have scarves, jacquard-woven hangings, and wood chips for dye (along with instructions for extracting color from the chips).

Even if you're not registered at the conference, the exhibits and vendor hall are well worth a day pass to visit. I hope to see a lot of you there!
