The Less-Thrilling Aspects of Weaving

Today was a day of twiddling fringes, washing and pressing scarves, and cutting apart the individual pieces from the jacquard warp.

I wove a total of 11 pieces, of which one is destined to swim in a dye bath for a little "color correction" and another I simply don't like, so I'm left with 9 pieces. I'm washing them tonight, and tomorrow will prioritize them and hem and hang as many as I can get done.

OTOH the one you don't like might really appeal to someone else....

when twisting fringes one has to feel deeply grateful for the electric braider aka wrist saver.
