Chrysanthemum I

This is the first piece in the "Seeing Red" series that I'll be presenting at the Designing Weavers meeting on Wednesday:



You might have seen a glimpse of it on the loom back in August 2010. It has a black warp and 2 wefts: scarlet and fuchsia.

The others in the series are newer pieces; I just finished hemming them today. Tomorrow they'll get hanging rods and monofilament cords, and a final pressing. If I have time to get photos, I'll post them tomorrow or Wednesday.
