...but only on a trial basis. When I went into the hospital, the van was all packed and loaded for the trip to San Francisco and the American Craft Council show. I had left the studio in the usual mess - littered with tools and supplies for framing weavings, etc.
Today, I decided I had enough energy to begin putting away all the framing stuff and the display stuff and rehanging inventory on my storage racks. Clearing the decks before starting actual work :-)
I also managed to overdye one skein of weft yarn that hadn't gotten deep enough color in its first trip through a dyebath, and wound another skein that had achieved the right depth of shade onto a cone.
That was about where my energy ran out. I'm now officially exhausted. Tomorrow I should be able to tie the jacquard warp onto the apron rod and get the loom ready to weave. "Should" being the operative word here. Perhaps "hope" would be more accurate...
