CNCH

It was a great success. Good sales, and plenty of opportunities to reconnect with old friends from the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. We got a kick out of showing the Dusk piece - lots of weavers had seen the video, but were excited to see it in person.

And I got a kick out of being awarded a blue ribbon for the gallery piece I entered, a scarf with an interleaved threading entitled "Rainy Day."

During the conference. I officially announced a new product: jacquard classes! Here's a link to a PDF version of the flyer I handed out. Contact me if you have questions, or if you'd like to sign up. My email address is in the flyer.

In other news, the Dusk piece may be in the ITAB exhibition after all. The museum's curator came to CNCH, and while there, she stopped in my booth and saw the piece. After observing the "action" for a few minutes, she said she liked it and might be able to find wall space for it during the exhibition. Keep your fingers crossed!
